Our Care Philosophy
Practicing medicine — and specifically pediatrics — is an endeavor that requires balancing science and emotion. Dr. Rani and her staff regularly meet to discuss their personal experiences of going to a doctor's office for themselves or with a family member. This has led to a Care Philosophy based on empathy and the Golden Rule: Treat others as we would want to be treated.
What might be routine for a medical office that deals with crises on a daily basis may happen only periodically for children and their parents and guardians. Visiting the pediatrician can be as stressful for a parent as it is for the child. Rani Pediatrics, therefore, treats the entire family with dignity and respect, recognizing that we are here to help them. Regardless of socio-economic background and regardless of insurance plan, all children deserve an excellent board-certified medical doctor. We happen to believe that Rani Pediatrics is the "Doctor Your Kids Deserve."
